Assarain Properties aim to enhance it's digital real estate agency online presence. The website promotes the catalog of real estate ads so that potential customers would see the properties relevant to them.

After understanding the needs and objectives of Assarain Properties, we decided to follow the Design Thinking process. We started collecting data by conducting a comperative analysis and stakeholder interviews. Once we identified the problem to be solved, we moved on to conceiving possible solutions. We have created prototypes to be tested.
To begin our research, we started to look at a few competitors or similar platforms, analysing UI, UX, User flow, IA and key features.
From research and interview, we have concluded that most users complain about the same pain points. We represented them using personas.
